研究方向简介:

碳点复合材料的构建、光电性能调控及其在光电器件、光催化领域中的应用

(1)采用原位聚合法,制备了一系列固态荧光性能可控的碳点/有机硅复合材料,深入研究碳点与有机硅基质的结构及其界面作用对碳点/有机硅复合材料的结构与光电性能的调控规律。所制备的碳点/有机硅复合材料兼具碳点优异的荧光性能和有机硅材料结构易于调控、稳定性好等优点。将碳点/有机硅复合材料应用于荧光太阳能集光器、发光二极管等固态光学器件上,获得了光电转换效率高、稳定性好的荧光太阳能集光器,以及蓝色到红色的全彩色发光二极管,有效提升光学器件的光电转换性能和实用性能。

(2)碳点作为一种优异的载流子传输介质,能有效促进其复合材料载流子的高效迁移,从而有效提高复合材料的光催化性能。通过简单的物理共混或者化学后修饰等方法将碳点与有机或者无机半导体复合,从而构建系列新颖的光催化剂材料。通过深入研究碳点复合材料的结构与光电性能的调控规律,显著提高其光电性能。进一步将制备的碳点复合材料用于光催化CO2还原、光催化H2O分解以及光催化有机污染物分解。
